Cobble Impregnator (NS) is a low-VOC, water based, clear breathable sealer for protecting natural stone surfaces. Providing a natural look appearance with no sheen, Cobble Impregnator is ideal for providing protection without changing the surface’s appearance. The breathable formula allows it to be applied in situations where film-forming sealers would not work, including and on surfaces where moisture does not readily dissipate, such as stone installed over a concrete slab.
Each gallon of Cobble Impregnator (NS) will cover approximately 200 square feet per coat; the 5 gallon container of Cobble Impregnator (NS) will cover approximately 1,000 square feet. Coverage will depend on surface porosity, joint width and method of application. Natural Stone may require less material than other substrates.
Over Previously Sealed:Â Film-forming sealers will need to be stripped prior to application. Cobble Impregnator (NS) may be applied over non film-forming sealers provided the prior application is sufficiently worn away.

Natural Luster® paver sealer from Seal ‘n Lock is a modified acrylic urethane sealer for brick pavers (with an algae and mold inhibitor) that penetrates the pavers to provide a protective barrier with superior joint stabilization (no need for polymeric sand) resulting in a natural luster. Natural Luster® paver coating is user friendly and environmentally safe.

MIXING
Natural Luster® is designed to be diluted with 1 part water and 1 part sealer with a 2 coat system (flood coat and top coat). Natural Luster® requires mixing and stirring (2 minutes) prior to use.
DRYING TIME
Natural Luster® paver coating will normally dry in sunny areas within approximately 1 hour. Shaded areas, lower temperatures or high relative humidity will slow the drying process. The surface may be open to foot traffic in 24 hours and to vehicular traffic in 48 hours. To minimize tire marks, vehicles should not make sudden stops or tight turns.
CLEANUP
- Immediately flush and agitate pump system after sealing with a mixture of 3 gallons water and 8 ounces of pine sol.
- Flush out the pump system with 5 gallons of fresh water.
- Pour two ounces of Pine Sol into one gallon of water, run through the pump system and leave in the pump until next application.
- Always run water through the pump prior to the next application.
Cobble Loc is a water-based, two-part product that can be used to protect concrete pavers, natural stone, stamped concrete, and other concrete surfaces. It can be applied on damp surfaces and provides a semi-gloss finish and an enhanced, wet look appearance.
Cobble Loc® With Grip is the newest technology in waterbore protection for brick pavers, porous stone, and concrete, adding a slip preventive benefit to the surface. Seal ’n Lock’s Bio-Strip® stripper is a novel blend of environmentally friendly compounds formulated into a non-toxic, highly effective paver sealer remover and paint stripping system. This unique product contains 15% bio-renewable carbon. Its high loading capacity gives it the ability to strip surfaces and remove paver sealer in one application.
This paver sealer remover is an excellent alternative to hazardous low flash point materials such as methylene chloride, NMP, and acetone. All of which are commonly used for stripping applications.

Seal ‘n Lock Ultra Wet Look® paver sealer is an advanced sealer with Nano Technology, high solids, low VOC modified acrylic urethane for a wet look enhancement. Seal ‘n Lock Ultra-Wet-Look® paver sealer penetrates the pavers and provides a long-lasting protective barrier with excellent joint stabilization. Ultra-Wet-Look® paver sealer is formulated to seal products made to ASTM C-936 specifications and an absorption rate of 5% or less. Pavers with a higher absorption rate will require an additional application(s) of sealer.
Typically, the application rate will vary from 150 to 200 sq. ft. per gallon, although this rate will vary depending on the texture, absorption rate of the surface and the width of the paver joints.
